Damakomochi

I purchased two sets of the Hiragana Tiles, one for me and one for a library colleague who leads a Japanese Language Club for ages 6-12. We're teaching kids Hiragana, so the tiles will help with building words for the kids to learn. He's more advanced in reading and writing Hiragana than I am, but he loves the tiles! We would both really love to get a Katakana Tiles set, if you ever make that.

A cute story

Ooh I loved the packaging so professional! I wasn’t expecting the book to not be a hardcover so that was refreshing! I received a nice discount code and freebie stickers perfect for my sticker book! Such a darling children’s book with wonderful illustrations and text in Japanese and English! Wonderful and important authors message and glossary of Japanese to English words too! We love this book as it mirrors our family story down the name of the title character. This will be a nice keepsake for our daughter.

My daughter loves this book and has fun finding the penguin while learning more about her heritage and when and why we say certain things.
